Laura is an independent Consultant and Auditor with over 20 years of experience. She has delivered both in-house and consulting services to a diverse range of organisations within Australia and the UK.
She has been awarded a Master of Environmental Management (Cleaner Production) from the University of Queensland, a Graduate Diploma of Work Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Conservation) from Flinders University.
Laura develops high quality and easy-to-use management systems and plans. She has acquired a detailed knowledge of environmental and work health and safety legislation. She has personally developed a comprehensive database of relevant Australian legislation, with plain English interpretations. As needed she provides legal reviews and develops legal registers for her clients.
Laura is a PECB certified ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. She conducts audits with various scopes and purposes for a diverse range of industries during planning, construction and operational phases. She has provided both ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certification and surveillance audits representing an Accredited Certification Body. She has conducted audits for both State and Commonwealth Ministers.
She currently provides services throughout Australia remotely and onsite services in South Australia. As required she refers on to other qualified and experienced professionals.
Roland is a HSEQ Consultant with over 30 years of experience across a diverse range of industry sectors, including utilities, construction, mining, engineering, facilities management, manufacturing, warehousing, aerospace, chemical/petrochemicals, food/dairy, healthcare, education and professional services. Roland has provided services within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
He has a strong background in: risk management; regulatory compliance; developing, implementing and improving robust and sustainable integrated management systems; and 2nd and 3rd party auditing. He has a deep appreciation of the challenges and requirements confronting businesses that allows him to tailor effective and sustainable strategies and solutions for his clients.
His qualifications include a Master of Science in Safety, Health & Environmental Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Professionally he is registered as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered OHS Professional/Fellow of the AIHS. Additionally, he is an IRCA Lead/Principal Auditor (quality, OHS and environmental).
